beautyblender Sponge
I have to thank my friend Dionela for this! I seriously didn’t realize how much I’d come to love my beautyblender! I’ve used various versions, but never the real deal until I got this for a gift. I use it almost daily, and love how wonderful my makeup looks! Even Shiseido Liquid Sun Foundation doesn’t seem too full coverage when used with this sponge. I do believe I’ll have to drop the money for a second one just to make sure I always have one! Thanks again D!
Clinique Airbrush Concealer
I’ve been using Maybelline Dream Lumi for a while, but decided to give my Clinique Airbrush Concealer a go again. I’m happy I did too because it’s the perfect salmon-tone (I use Medium) and it’s not drying. Only a dab will do you, and I don’t get any creasing or anything when I set it. My only wish is that it didn’t cost so much, but it lasts quite a long time too!
Gucci Eau de Parfum II
Granted I do not yet own this, but in sniffing around recently for a new Spring/Summer scent, I fell in love with Gucci Eau de Parfum II. It smells so feminine and sweet, but not in a young adult/teen way (notes include: mandarin, bitter orange, blackcurrant, violet, blackberry, jasmine, heliotrope & cedarwood). It’s definitely long lasting too, so I think even the smaller 1 fl oz bottle would last forever (which is great because a 1.7 fl oz bottle will set you back $85!).
Alex & Ani Bracelets
I’ve been ooh-ing & aah-ing over these for a while now, and I finally got my first Alex & Ani Bangle for Christmas. It has a “Hope” charm on it, which has a lot of personal meaning to me. I definitely want more, and will make sure they stay on my wishlists for any occasion that allows for gift giving!
Tard the Grumpy Cat
Seriously, how can you not love Tard?! She’s a cutie even though she looks mad at the world! It’s not her fault she has Chronic Bitch Face! I realize part of her cuteness comes from the quips people caption her pics with, but all in all, I can totally see how Tard is a soft, warm, little ball of no kitty! I think everyone should have a Grumpy Cat!
